Guess what! Have you ever thought about the most easiest chicken curry ever? here is the answer-Yoghurt Chicken/ Dahi Chicken. Today I am sharing with you all one of the easiest, very delicious and healthy chicken curry which can be made in no time.

Yoghurt Chicken/ Dahi Chicken

This butter-soft Yoghurt Chicken/ Dahi Chicken  is made with chicken marinated in turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, yoghurt and then slow cooked to cooked to perfection.

I have marinated the chicken and let sit overnight, which I recommend everyone to follow as the yoghurt makes the chicken tender and also let the chicken absorb the spices very well. Well, if you can’t overnight, at least let the chicken sit in the marination for 2 hours.

I have not used any oil in this recipe and the recipe is so simple that even a newbie can make it. I hope you will enjoy this recipe and do drop me your thoughts in the comment section below.
