Golden Kiwi & Quinoa Smoothie is a very healthy and refreshing smoothie made with sweet golden kiwi 🥝, quinoa, yogurt and honey.
How Does Golden or Yellow Kiwi Look Like?
I have just recently come across golden kiwi at a super market( it’s in season here in Melbourne now) and grabbed some. Unlike the brown kiwi they have a vibrant golden yellow colour, hairless, and much sweeter than the green ones. When you cut open you will see bright yellowish-golden inside with a comparatively small core and fewer black seeds.

Normally I would like to keep my smoothie taste, here in this recipe and I have used only 4 Tablespoons of honey 🍯, but you can add honey as per your taste. Make sure to refrigerate the smoothie at least 10 minutes before serving.

Golden Kiwi & Quinoa Smoothie Recipe..
- Quinoa – 300 gms, cooked
- Yogurt – 1 cup
- Honey – 4 Tbsp
- Golden kiwi – 4 peeled and diced
- Peel the golden kiwi and dice them roughly.
- Then take all the ingredients in jar blender and blend to smooth and fine consistency.
- You can add some ice cubes if you would like to..
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Pour into serving glass and Enjoy.
