Feijoa fruit

Feijoa is in season here in Melbourne and I have bought a truck load of feijoa fruit last week and have been trying different recipes with it. I have made feijoa jam yesterday and I will post the jam recipe soon..

I have used almond milk for this recipe and I have soaked almonds in the almonds before adding it to the smoothie mix. Since the feijoa is really sweet in taste, so I just added a tiny bit of honey 🍯 in while blending the smoothie.
