Delicious Kiwi & Quinoa Salad
Delicious Kiwi & Quinoa Salad is a fruity, healthy and delectable salad made with quinoa, golden kiwi, green kiwi, olive oil and yogurt. A very simple and easy to make salad recipe with a handful of ingredients and can be made in no time.
I would prefer to call this as a morning-breakfast salad ( I had it for my breakfast ) but you can have it at any time of the day. I have used well ripened green and yellow kiwi 🥝 fruits for this recipe and I did really enjoy it for my breakfast.
I was really doubtful of using olive oil with fruits and yogurt in this recipe, but it came out really well. The sourness of yougurt, sweetness and fruity flavour of kiwi fruits and the twist of olive oil took my taste buds to a different level. I am very sure you will enjoy this salad too.

Delicious Kiwi & Quinoa Salad Recipe..
- Quinoa -400 gms, cooked
- Green kiwi – 4 each
- Yellow or golden kiwi -4 each
- Yogurt – 4 Tbsp
- Extra virgin olive oil – 1 Tsp
- Peel and dice kiwi fruits and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine quinoa, kiwi fruits and olive oil ( reserve some kiwi for garnish).
- Toss gently to mix together.
- Dish out garnish with quinoa dice and and tablespoon of yogurt on each serving dish and serve.
- Enjoy your salad.
