Tender Coconut Smoothie

The health benefits of tender coconut water are countless. This sweet and sterile  water is  a rich source of vitamins, minerals, amino acids etc..

Tender coconut smoothie contains all those you need to keep yourself going for the entire day.

Ingredients

  • Tender coconut – 2 nos
  • Banana – 1 no (optional)
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Cut open  the top part of the tender coconut and remove the water.
  2. After removing the juice, slit them into two and remove the white tender flesh.
  3. In a food processor, take the tender coconut water and flesh, add banana ( banana is added to give the body) and honey.
  4. Blend them into a smooth texture.
  5. Serve cold.
