  • Avocado – 2 each
  • lemon juice – 1 Tbsp
  • Tomato – 1 small, chopped
  • Onion – 1 small, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Cilantro – 1 Tsp, chopped
  • French baguette


  1. Cut avocado into half and scoop out the flush.
  2. Take the avocad0, lemon juice, salt, onion, tomato and cilantro chopped in a clean bowl and mix well.
  3. Cut the baguette bread and toast on both sides.
  4. Spread the avocado mix on the bread and garnish with chopped cilantro.
  5. Now your smashed avocado toast is ready, enjoy it with juice of your choice.
