This breakfast bowl is a powerhouse packed with protein rich quinoa, anti-oxidant rich berries, healthy bananas and honey. A very quick and easy breakfast dish, which can be made in 15 minutes and kids will love it too.

Quinoa  Berries Breakfast Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • Quinoa  -100 gms
  • Yogurt – 1 cup
  • Banana – 1, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Honey

Directions

  1. Take quinoa, honey and yogurt in food processor and blend it coarsley ( just pulse it)
  2. Transfer into serving dish and arrange sliced banana and berries on top.
  3.  You can pour some honey on top if you would like it more sweet.
  4. Enjoy.
