Pomegranate Juice

You might find removing the seeds a bit tricky but the pomegranate juice good for health and skin for a myriad of reasons. Pomegranate is considered as one of rich sources of anti-oxidants, it’s ranked along side green tea and blue berries.

Juicing pomegranate is the best way to consume the fruit. Not to add any extra sugar into the juice as the added sugar might counteract some of the health benefits of the fruits.

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate – 2 kg
  • Water just enough to blend

Directions

  1. Cut the pomegranate into half and slowly remove the seeds.
  2. In a food processor, take the pomegranate seeds, add a tiny bit of water and blend(you might want to be careful while removing the seeds  as the juice might spill and discolor your clothes).
  3. Strain the juice to remove any impurities.
