Plum Smoothie

Plum is a superb fruit with good content of juice. Plum is a good source of antioxidants and plum is very effective in slowing down the aging process by controlling the formation of free radicals.

Ingredients

  • Plum -1 kg
  • Water enough to blend
  • Honey – 1 Tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1/2 Tsp, optional.

Directions

  1. Wash plums well under cold running water.
  2. Cut open to remove the seeds.
  3. Take all the ingredients in a food processor and blend it to smooth consistency.
  4. Serve cold.
