Pan Fried Quinoa & Vegetable Balls

Pan Fried Quinoa & Vegetable Balls is a healthy, tasty, flavorful snack , made with quinoa, potatoes, Indian spices and Coriander leaves.

This is an Indian style quinoa recipe and I have made it spicy by adding a couple of green chillies. You can alter the recipe and adjust the amount of  chilly to taste preferences.

Pan Fried Quinoa & Vegetable Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • Quinoa – 200 gms
  • Potato – 200 gms
  • Red onion – 1 medium, finely chopped
  • Green chilly- 2 , finely chopped
  • Turmeric powder -1/2 Tsp
  • Garam masala powder -1/2 Tsp
  • Chilly powder -1/4 Tsp
  • Cumin powder -1/4 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive oil for frying
