Finally, I get to lay my hands on to mulberries, I have been waiting for sometime to get some good quality mulberries and to try something. And here I am. Mulberries are such a sweet treat and they are rich in Vitamin A, B and E. Like many other berries, mulberries are good antioxidant too.
I am really sure if you have ever thought of making a mulberry smoothie! Well, you may have not, but this mulberry and mango smoothie will definitely make you super happy.

Ingredients

  • Mulberry – 250 mgs
  • Mango- 200 gms
  • Yogurt – 2 cups
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp
  • Milk – 100 ml

Directions

  1. Wash and pick mulberries
  2. Take all the ingredients in a food processor and grind into a smooth consistency.
  3. Your mulberry smoothie is ready and serve cold.
