Mixed Fruit Juice

An easy home made juice with apple, orange, kiwi, green grapes and cantaloupe. Mixed fruit juice is a fully loaded juice to kick start your day especially during summer season.

Ingredients

  • Orange – 4 each
  • Apple – 2 each
  • Green grapes – 1 cup, seedless
  • Cantaloupe – 1 cup
  • Kiwi – 1 cup
  • Sugar to taste (optional)

Directions

  1. Peel orange , separate the slices and remove the seeds.
  2. Peel apple and kiwi, remove the core and dice them.
  3. Peel cantaloupe, remove seeds and diceĀ  them.
  4. Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend it fine.
  5. Pass the juice through a strainer to remove impurities.
  6. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
