Mango Smoothie

Most of us do not really consider smoothies when we  fix our diet plan. Smoothies are a brilliant option to anyone’s diet plan. Well, I just want to be specific here, skip those fat or sugar packed smoothies and include smoothies which contain vegetables, berries or fruits .

Here in this recipe I have added vanilla ice-cream, but you may skip ice-cream while making your smoothie.


  • Mango – 500 gms ( 4 medium sized)
  • Vanilla ice-cream – 100 gms (2 scoops)
  • Milk – 50 ml
  • Sugar- 50 gms , optional
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 Tsp


  1. Peel the skin and remove the flesh from the mangoes.
  2. Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a fine smooth consistency.
  3. Serve cold.
