How To Make Avocado Quinoa Dip

Avocado Quinoa Dip ! Wait a second, I know what you are thinking, Avocado-quinoa dip? Does it really work? Well, I tell you what, it has tasted really good and I have shared recipe with some of my friends and family off-line already and they were amazed by the taste.  Still not convinced? Avocado and quinoa dip is made with avocado, quinoa, onion, tomato, lemon juice and cilantro. An excellent condiment for breads, chips, pita bread and as a matter of fact it goes very welll with any sort of bread.

I have add roasted and puréed garlic to give that sweet and garlicky flavour, you can substitute raw chopped garlic with the roasted puréed garlic.

How To Make Avocado Quinoa Dip

Ingredients

  • Quinoa – 200 gms, cooked
  • Avocado – 1 each
  • Extra virgin olive oil -1 Tbsp
  • Garlic – 1 Tbsp, roasted and puréed
  • Lemon juice – 1 Tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Take all the all ingredients in food processor and blend until you smooth and silky texture.
  2. You can add tiny lilltle amount of water in the beginning to ease the blending.
  3. Check the seasoning and serve. Enjoy.
