Litchi, Pomegranate and Kiwi Yogurt Bowl

A bowl of yogurt with fruits is a perfect way to kick start your day. A very easy to make breakfast recipe, in fact way easier than any other breakfast recipes including smoothies and  yet healthy. You can fill up the yogurt with fruits of your choice.




  • Yogurt – 2 cups
  • Litchi – 100 gms, deseeded
  • Pomegranate – 1 each
  • Kiwi fruit -2 each, diced
  • Green grapes – 100 gms
  • Brown sugar or honey (optional)


  1. Peel litchi and remove seeds, cut kiwi into dices, peel pomegranate and set aside.
  2. Take yogurt in a bowl and top it up with fruits.
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar or pour honey on top

Note:  Honey or brown sugar is optional, only if you like your fruit yogurt bowl to be sweet then go ahead and add sugar or honey.
