Green Salad

Green salad is a quick and easy salad which is really healthy as well.

Ingredients

  • Onion– 1, medium sliced
  • Cucumber – 1 medium, sliced
  • Tomato – 2 medium, sliced
  • Carrot – 2, sliced
  • Lemon – 1, wedged
  • Green chilly – 4-5
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Peel onion, carrot and cucumber.
  2. Slice all the vegetables.
  3. Arrange the sliced vegetables, squeeze lemon as needed.
  4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper as needed.
  5. Serve garnished with split green chilly.
