Green Grape juice

A magnificent energy drink and at the same time quite a refreshing drink as well. Green grapes are loaded with anti-oxidants , it is good for body organs such as eyes, brain and is well known for it’s anti- inflammatory properties. Green grapes also aids in weight loss and to maintain blood pressure.

Ingredients

  • Green grapes – 4 cups
  • Lemon juice- 1 Tbsp
  • Honey – 2 Tbsp

Directions

  1. Take all the ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend them until very smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture through a strainer into a bowl.
  4. While pouring, press hard on solids to get the maximum yield.
  5. refrigerate and serveĀ  cold.
