This tender and juicy Garlic, Rosemary Roast Chicken Breast is made from marinating the chicken breast with rosemary,garlic, olive oil, salt and black pepper and cooked in moderately hot oven.

How about a flavorful, yet healthy chicken breast for dinner tonight. Sounds great!  Get ready for a wholesome dinner then.  This recipe is quick and easy, and no elaborate cooking  is also not involved.

Garlic, Rosemary Roast Chicken Breast Recipe..


  • Chicken breast – 4 each
  • Olive oil as needed
  • Rosemary -1 sprg
  • Garlic – 6 cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper as needed
  • Potatoes – 4 medium, diced


  1. Clean the breast (remove all extra fat or bone attached to it)
  2. Chop rosemary and  crush garlic, set aside.
  3. Take chicken breast in clean bowl and add olive oil, chopped rosemary, crushed garlic, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Mix well or rub the marination on both side of the chicken breast.
  5. Use the same marination to marinate the chicken breast as well and set aside.
  6. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the chicken breast from the refrigerator and arrange them in a baking tray.
  9. Place the marinated potatoes also in the same tray.
  10. Cook at 180 °  Celcious for 20 minutes.
  11. Turn the chicken breast and potatoes once.
  12. Check if the chicken breast is tender and juice run clear.
  13. Once  it is cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot.

Note: Check your oven specification/settings  for better result.
