Cantaloupe Smoothie

Juicing fruits are one of the most effective and easy way of getting the best of the best out of any fruit. Moreover juicing makes it not only easier to digest but also refreshing and tasty.

Cantaloupe is a good source of Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, niacin and folate. This anti-oxidant rich juice also helps in digestion and also proved to be good for preventing someĀ  form of cancers too.

Ingredients

  • Cantaloupe – 1, medium sized
  • Honey- 2 Tbsp, optional
  • Lemon juice- 1 Tbsp,optional
  • Water as needed

Directions

  1. Wash the skin thoroughly before peeling.
  2. Cut open the fruit and remove the seeds.
  3. Cut them into medium sized dices.
  4. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to fine and smooth consistency.
  5. Refrigerate before service.
