A very simple and easy to make recipe and it can be made in 20 minutes. Apple and cinnamon is a perfect combination for breakfast and quinoa blends amazingly with the apple cinnamon combination.

Take quinoa and water and bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the diced apple and let it cook for another 10 more minutes and finish with milk.

Healthy Quinoa Breakfast Recipes Recipes with step by step photos..

Ingredients

  • Quinoa -250 gms
  • Water – 500 ml
  • Milk -100 ml
  • Apple -2 cups, diced
  • Honey -1 Tbsp
  • Cinnamon-1/4 Tsp
  • Sugar -50 gms (optional)
  • Almond -1 Tbsp, sliced
  • Raspberries

Directions

  1. Wash quinoa and let it drain.
  2. Take quinoa and water in sauce pan and bring to boil.
  3. Reduce to simmer and cook for half an hour.
  4. After 10 minutes, add in chopped apple 🍎.
  5. Let it cook until soft, then add milk, sugar and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Dish out, sprinkle sliced almonds, raspberries and drizzle honey 🍯.
  7. Enjoy.

Boil quinoa for 10 minutes and add in diced apples..
